What is Lagree?

Developed by fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree, the Lagree Fitness Training Method is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and core training. It's performed on a specialized machine called the Megaformer.

One of the main things to remember is it's not Pilates, it's Lagree! We love Pilates! Lagree is not Pilates, and Pilates is not Lagree. Both methods have amazing benefits. They are two completely different methods performed on different machines. Both Pilates and Lagree focus on core strength and controlled movements.
